You’ll only ever pay face value for Mo rewards. For instance, if someone is awarded £10 or $10 credit, they will receive £10 or $10. There are no hidden fees when it comes to Mo rewards – you will be billed the exact amount that you use to reward your people. We keep your rewards spend separate from your subscription costs, and we’ll support you with working out the best rewards budget for your business.
Do you offer global rewards?
Yes, we offer reward redemption options from hundreds of retailers globally. Each employee would only see redemption options that are relevant to their location in our rewards store. We also handle all of the exchange rates for you.
What ROI can I expect from Mo?
Check out our ROI calculator for an indication on the possible ROI with Mo. If you go for our Engage or Transform plans, we also offer a money-back guarantee in which we guarantee to improve engagement scores in 6 months, or your money back. This is subject to certain eligibility criteria. In addition, on our Transform plan, we will dedicate time to supporting you with ROI analysis.
Does Mo offer employee discounts?
No, we don’t offer employee discounts because we don’t feel they’re a compelling employee benefit. In fact, out of all employees offered discount software, only 3% of them will use it. We feel that the real drivers of employee engagement and happiness are to do with the company culture as a whole.
Which integrations do you offer?
Depending on the plan you choose, Mo can integrate with Microsoft Teams, Slack, your employee intranet, and your HRIS.

What happens if I cancel my plan?
We want you to be fully satisfied with Mo. If you do decide to cancel, you’ll need to cancel your plan with the notice that we’ve agreed with you (based on whether you are signed up to a monthly or annual plan).
