1. Culture In Action
What does it really take to build a culture people love? That’s the question at the heart of Culture in Action, a new leadership, HR and business podcast hosted by Luke Fisher, CEO of Mo and father of four. Culture in Action goes beyond theory to explore how workplace culture is actually built through conscious choices, bold action and real stories.
While many leaders talk about culture, Culture in Action features those who are rolling up their sleeves and making it happen. Each episode sits down with the changemakers driving impact across industries and continents, offering practical takeaways for people leaders at every level.
“Great cultures don’t happen by chance — they happen by choice,” says host Luke Fisher. “This podcast is about spotlighting the people who are making those choices every day, and showing the rest of us how it’s done.”
In a world of remote teams, high turnover and shifting employee expectations, building strong, human-centred cultures has never been more critical or challenging. Culture in Action brings fresh, actionable insights from the front lines of that work. Early episodes feature Kelly Johnson, People & Culture Manager at Crowne Plaza Hotel Newcastle, and Alexander Goodanew, Employee Engagement Manager at OVO Energy.
