Hi, I’m Claire!
I’ve just joined Mo as Customer Success Manager and I’m very excited to play a part in helping our customers get the most from Mo. I’ve joined from another tech platform where I was an Account Director for large enterprise clients, ensuring that the platform was implemented seamlessly within their organisations and helping them to change engrained behaviours and remove outdated processes. I’ve had the luxury of being in front of customers from day one at Mo which has given me some great insight into the value and power of Moments!
Having met a few customers now, one thing is very clear, we need to change our relationship with work and create great moments that are recognised and celebrated. I’m looking forward to being part of that journey. As well as that, if I can wrap it all up in valuable and meaningful data that helps get these stories in front of the right people to empower and enable change, then I’m happy!
I’m looking forward to meeting more and more customers on my journey with Mo as well as working with the great team here on establishing powerful best practices.
