Great to recognise the people that I work with. We use it at all levels of our business. I work in lots of different locations and with lots of different departments, so it is a great way for me to shout out those people I work with.

I love being able to see what others are up to as well and comment on their posts as well. It is super easy to use! You can tag colleagues so they are notified of the recognition. We have a reward pot attached which means we can send extra recognition to our colleagues.
